There are two directors in Simply Lettings established in 2012, one with over 25 years’ experience in the mortgage market and the other with 15 years’ experience in property development and between us both we can cover every area of property management from start to finish.

As landlords ourselves we know what is required in the smooth running of any tenanted property.

Simply Lettings has been built from Hopewell’s Simply Finance customers that have become accidental landlords or professional landlords.

We now manage a large portfolio of quality properties within the Preston area.
