Brad Hopewell set up Hopewells Simply finance in 2007 after working in the lending market for over 17 years. He gained invaluable experience from one of his employers, The Marsden Building Society, who taught him the importance of building a relationship with your customer and treating them as you would like to be treated yourself. This he brings forward to his own business.

Our core values are based on simple, clear advice. We take you, the client, through the purchase or remortgage of your property step-by-step. We recommend a product that suits you best and the main aim is to make the whole process as smooth as possible by omitting the industry jargon and liaising with lenders, solicitors, estate-agents, valuers and accountants on your behalf.

We offer a free no-obligation initial consultation and moving forward, if you decide to use our services there will be a fee of £399. The fee of £399 is payable when the mortgage offer is issued. In addition a fee of £100 will be payable on application for complex cases, buy to let mortgages or paper applications. We will also be paid commission from the lender.
